Out of stock items

If we are out of a certain product, we apologize. it will be stated on your invoice. Please check back at a later date to see if we have it back in stock. Because our products are made fresh, we do not do backorders.

All materials and images featured in this web site and any other written materials provided to you by Nepri are copyright and/or trademark protected and any unauthorized use is prohibited by law. All other trademarks not owned by us or our affiliates are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

Return Policy for Unused Unopened Items

If you are unhappy with our Nepri products for any reason, please return your unopened merchandise to us for a credit towards an exchange of merchandise. If you purchased the original item from our on-line store you may send it directly back to us (with an authorization number) that you need to receive from our office. Once the original product is received back at our facility, we will issue you a credit and you can exchange that returned product for the initial purchase price, excluding shipping. Please note we can NOT under any circumstances offer a credit back to your charge card. Exchanges only. You will also need to pay for the shipping on your new item(s).

Return Policy for Opened Items

We are sorry, but we do not allow returns or exchanges for products that have been used due to hygiene issues. If you are not sure about purchasing our products, please visit with your retailer or contact us for a pre-consultation.

Medical Conditions

If you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. please check with a licensed physician to see which essential oils are appropriate for use. The FDA does not recognize the practice of aromatherapy and you should not use any of our written materials for medical treatment. None of our products are intended to treat, cure or diagnose diseases or illnesses. All products are for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children. It is recommended that you do a patch test (check below for instructions for patch test)prior to use of these products to check for allergic reaction. If you have any concerns about allergic reactions from essential oils or ingredients, please contact us in writing via email and we will be happy to help.

Website Security

All of our information is held strictly confidential and will never be sold or distributed to anyone. We use a secure check out, but for those of you who choose not to put your credit card information online, may call us and we will be happy to do so over the phone.

Liability Waiver

Each purchaser must make their own assessment of a product suitability for use. Nepri is not responsible for any problems you may encounter while using or after the use of our products. Prior to applying Nepri products, please perform a PATCH TEST. Instructions for this can be found in the “Patch Test” section. Some of our products contain Alpha-Hydroxy acids.

Patch Test

Not all skin care products are suitable for everyone. We recommend you do a small patch test before the initial use of all our products. To perform a patch test, apply product to your skin on the inside of your wrist. Wait 24 to 48 hours. If redness or irritation occurs, wash off product and discontinue use. See a doctor if irritation persists.

Our Formulas

Nepri's formulas are proprietary and as a buyer of our products you are not allowed for any reason whatsoever to duplicate our products or ask other manufactures to do so without our prior written approval. There are no exceptions to this policy. Some of our products contain Alpha-Hydroxy acids. Use caution when going in the sun.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed your order if you want to cancel it, you can email us at Cancellations@mynepri.com. This email must be recieved with within 24 hours. Please state the details of your order. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this policy. Please check your order over carefully! We cannot cancel or change an order after it has been processed.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time you place your order. Nepri currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, no COD’s.

Shipping/Delivery

Shipping charges will be added to all orders. Nepri's products are made fresh. Orders may take up to 7 full business days to leave our facility. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive damaged merchandise, we must be notified immediately. As soon as we are notified, we will be happy to re-ship your product, but it is your responsibility to file a claim with either UPS or the USPS. It is also important that you keep the damaged box and all contents for inspection to prove your claim. UPS and USPS must have this in order to approve a damaged claim.

Refused Shipments

We charge a 30% restocking fee for shipments refused, not accepted, not claimed or returned to us by the shipper (an unauthorized return). If you are expecting a package, please be available to accept it. If you refuse the package, we will call to make a re-shipment, additional shipping charges will apply. If an agreement isn't made, we may issue a check less the 30% restocking fee, handling fee and shipping charges. If you are not sure about your order, please call us for assistance. This policy does not apply to damaged shipments.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Nepri is not responsible and accepts no liability for product descriptions. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for a product in the event an error in the description of the product, including incorrect pricing information and apologize for any inconvenience.
